Our banquet facilities are available for fundraisers, networking groups, business meetings, birthday parties, baptisms, rehearsal dinners, and more! Our banquet room has WIFI and Apple TV. We would love to be a part of your next event.

We refuse to compromise on quality. We are committed to serving the best. Whenever possible, we source local ingredients. We have both gluten-free and vegetarian options.

THINKING GREEN

We are committed to being green. Our recycling program with the ACUA recycles nearly all of our glass, plastic, paper, and cardboard. We regularly recycle our cooking oil. We invested in energy efficient machinery and equipment. We converted 100% of our traditional halogen fixtures to energy efficient LEDs.

Chef Demetri

After graduating from NJIT with a degree in Architecture, Demetri's true passion for cooking thrust him into the culinary field. Working closely with a handful of select purveyors, Demetri sources the freshest, finest ingredients. His team is constantly innovating while still preserving the traditions our guests have come to love.
